PASSION FRUIT DRINK

Ingredients:

12 passion fruit
6 cups of hot water
2 cups of granulated sugar
-spices optional cubes in blender.

Directions:

You must remove the seeds and the pulp
from the fruit.

Pour the hot water over the seeds then
allow it to cool off.

Sweeten to taste and dilute with water
for a milder flavour.

Serve with ice. Enjoy!

SOURSOP PUNCH

Ingredients:

2 cups of water
1 soursop peeled
-angostum bitters
1 teaspoon of sugar
6 to 8 tablespoons
-condensed milk salt

Directions:

In a bowl crush the soursop with half
of the water and pound it well. Use a
sieve and pass through to extract the
juice.

Mix well remaining water, milk, salt
with sugar, stir until it dissolved.
Strain, chill and serve with bitters.

Add the remaining water, milk & salt.

SEA MOSS DRINK

Ingredients:

-milk
1 lime
-sugar to taste
-angostura bitters
1 pound of sea moss

Directions:

First soak the sea moss with the lime juice
and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Thoroughly wash off the sea moss and put into
a pressure cooker for about 20 to 30 minutes.
or until it resembles a mass of jelly.

thoroughly and cook in pressure cooker for at
least 20 to 30 minutes. or until the sea moss
resembles a mass of jelly.

Cool off and add the milk along with the sugar
to taste and blend right in a blender. Flavour
with bitters and serve with crushed ice.

RUM PUNCH

Ingredients:

Barbadian Rum Punch

-grated nutmeg
9 ounces of rum
12 ounces of water
3 ounces of lime juice
6 ounces of simple syrup
-a few dashes of Angostura
-bitters

Directions:

First in a jug, blend together the
ingredients with the exception of
the nutmeg.

Serve the Rum Punch in a glass with
lots of ice. sprinkle the nutmeg on
the surface.

Yield: 4 servings
