Sour Sop Drink

Ingredients:

1.5 cups of milk
1 pound sour sop
1 cup of crushed ice
-peeled, seeded and sliced
1 squeezed lime (optional)
5 tablespoon of sugar
-(add more or less to taste)

METHOD:

First blend the sour sop, with
the milk and sugar in blender.

Finally, add the ice, lime and
blend again till its smooth. If
needed add more sugar.

Mango Lada

Ingredients:

5 ounce of pineapple juice
4 ounces of pureed fresh mango
5 ounces of coconut milk/creme de coconut
1 tablespoon of condensed milk (optional)

METHOD:

Blend the pureed fresh mango and coconut milk
with the creme de coconut and pineapple juice.

Add 10 cubes of ice and blend again until its
smooth. Add the condensed milk to sweeten.

Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

8 ice cubes, crushed
2 or 3 mangos, peeled
-and cut in chunks
1/4 cup frozen orange
-juice concentrate
1 cup of milk or (1/2)
-regular milk & half
-coconut milk).

Instructions For Preparation:

Crush the ice in blender. Add the
mangos, orange juice concentrate,
and milk to the crushed ice.

Puree all of the ingredients in the
blender until its smooth. Pour into
glasses and serve as a smoothie.

Hardough Bread

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of salt
1 pt of warm water
6 cups of bread flour
4 ounces of shortening
-milk or egg white for glazing
1 pack yeast about 2 tablespoons

Intructions For Preparation:

First pour the flour into a warm
bowl. Add shortening to the flour
and cut in with knife.

Next add yeast, sugar, with salt
and the warm water. knead together
until its soft and roll out dough.

Put in a warm area to rise approx.
twice in size. Glaze with the milk
or egg white. then bake for 350 F.
until done.
