6 Jacks -flour for dredging ? teaspoon salt to taste 1 tablespoon juice of a lime 2 tablespoons local seasoning -farine stuffing
Directions:
First clean the fish then marinate in the lime and salt. Rub with the seasoning. Stuff fish with farine stuffing.
Next Dredge the fish in flour. In hot oil fry the fish until brown. garnish withlime.
