San Marino: Tuna Sandwich


180g San Marino Corned Tuna
4 slices White bread
Fresh lettuce
Fresh arugula
Bell pepper
Sliced tomatoes
Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese
Cucumber, cut into strips


* Get two slices of bread. Top with San Marino Corned Tuna.
Add tomatoes, bell pepper, and cucumber. Add mayonnaise,
lettuce, arugula, and mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and top with fried egg. Cover with
slices of bread. Bake for 13 minutes in a 175 °C oven. After
baking, slice the sandwiches into triangles. Serve hot.
