Costa Rica: Agua Dulce – Whole Sugar Cane Hot Drink

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons tapa dulce honey 4 cups water or milk

Directions:

Bring four cups of water or milk to a boil over high heat. Add 4 tablespoons of tapa dulce honey.

Stir until the honey is dissolved. Add more tapa dulce honey if you want it sweeter. Serve hot.
