Ingredients:

6 POTATOES, grated 2 ONIONS, cleaned and chopped 100 GRAM BACON, cubed 3 EGGS 1 TBSP FLOUR

Method:

Stir fry the bacon and onion for 5 minutes. Mix it with the other ingredients. Spoon the mixture into a greased oven dish and bake it for 45 minutes in the oven at 180
degrees Celsius.
